Transportation
DK&S has handled numerous types of transportation cases, including: commercial aviation carrier cases such as an Eastern Airlines crash in New York and a Pan Am crash in Kenner, LA, helicopter crashes, and many other aviation-related personal injury and death cases; 18-wheeler accidents, including fatality, collision, personal injury, product defect, toxic spill, and phantom injury cases; cargo and freight claims; and railroad/bus terminal incidents.
