Lawrence Matthew Quinlivan (Matt) was born in Mobile, Alabama, in 1981. He received a degree from the University of South Alabama in 2006 with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. Mr. Quinlivan received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law in December of 2008. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for six years, progressing from the rank of Private to Sergeant. Mr. Quinlivan was deployed to Iraq in March of 2003 where he served as an Infantryman in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
