Partner
Marc J. Bitner is a partner with the firm. He practices primarily in the area of toxic tort and environmental law, and has over ten years of experience handling toxic tort litigation. Before joining the firm, he was an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of Orleans Parish, where he managed a caseload in the hundreds and tried more than 50 cases. Mr. Bitner received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, where he was part of the LSU Summer in France Law Program.
