DK&S Attorney to Moderate Environmental Law Panel

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Jennifer S. Kilpatrick, an attorney with Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles, will be the moderator of a panel at the ABA TIPS 2007 Spring CLE Meeting on March 29-31 in Phoenix, Arizona. The panel will be on "Post Catastrophe Litigation," examining World Trade Center and Katrina litigations from the perspectives of the plaintiffs, the defendants, and the insurance industry.
