DK&S' Meredith Moore Hayes Speaks on Employment Law

MONROE, LA. – Meredith Moore Hayes, an attorney with Deutsch, Kerrigan and Stiles, presented at the Council on Education in Management 2007 FMLA Update Seminar on March 13, 2007, in Jackson, MS. Her topic was "Clarifying Employer and Employee FMLA Notification Responsibilities to Prevent Costly Employer Mistakes."
Hayes, who works in the Firm's Monroe, Louisiana, office, is a frequent presenter on FMLA and other important Employment Law issues about which employers must be mindful to protect their business. Her next presentation will be at the April 19-20 seminar on "Recent Developments in Employment Law," to be hosted by the Council on Education in Management in Jackson, Mississippi.
