DK&S Attorneys Named to TIPS Committees

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Two Deutsch, Kerrigan and Stiles attorneys have been named by the American Bar Association to noteworthy positions on Tort Trial & Insurance Section (TIPS) committees.
Ellis B. Murov, co-head of the firm's labor and employment department, has been reappointed to the TIPS Law Journal Special Standing Committee. The Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal is one of the most widely recognized law review in the field, according to the American Bar Association. It offers in-depth law review articles on insurance litigation, ERISA and employment issues, reinsurance and other critical issues. Once a year, the Journal also includes the "Survey of Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law," which covers the spectrum of practice from aviation litigation to toxic torts.
Jennifer S. Kilpatrick has been appointed to the TIPS CLE Board. This committee approves every CLE program that the section conducts nationwide during the year, ensuring each program offers varying points of view, discusses appropriate subject matter, etc.
