DK&S Attorney Speaks on Construction Defect Litigation

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Keith J. Bergeron, a partner in Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be a presenter at an upcoming CLE titled "Litigating the Multi-Party Construction Defect Case." Bergeron will present on "Representing the Builder's Risk Insurer."
Bergeron
joined DK&S in 1999 after working as a mechanical engineer for Chevron Pipeline Company, concentrating on design, procurement and project management issues on various Gulf of Mexico onshore and offshore oil and gas projects (and attending law school concurrently with his engineering practice). His legal practice involves all aspects of construction and construction surety law, but particularly design professional malpractice issues.
