DK&S Attorney Tre' Roux Speaks of Personal Injury Cases

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Kermit (Tre') Roux III, a partner in Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be a presenter at an upcoming CLE titled "Personal Injury Cases: Calculating and Proving Damages." The seminar will take place on October 16, 2007, in New Orleans,
and will focus on how to confidently determine and justify whether or not damages should be awarded - even in the most challenging and complex cases.
Roux practices in the areas of corporate, debtor and creditor law and litigation. He has lectured to various professional groups on general corporate litigation and debt collection. He is a member of the American, Louisiana State, New Orleans and Federal Bar Associations, and the State Bar of Texas.
