NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Jimmy A. Castex Jr., a partner in Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be a presenter at Lorman Education Services' Handling Toxic Mold Disputes: A Guide to Recent Developments and Effective Litigation Strategies Seminar on August 15 in Kenner, Louisiana.  He will speak on "Defending Mold Claims: Construction and Personal Injury" as well as the Louisiana New Home Warranty Act.

This seminar will review the latest developments relating to toxic mold disputes and provide practical answers to pressing questions about moisture intrusion and mold litigation. It will provide an inside look at how to respond to confusing issues surrounding mold science and health effects, and will offer valuable tips on how to defend mold claims and handle complex insurance coverage issues.
