Hailey Joins DK&S Civil Litigation Team

James W. Hailey III has joined the firm as a partner in the Civil Litigation Department in New Orleans.
Mr. Hailey has fifteen years of experience practicing law in Louisiana. His areas of practice concentrate on insurance fraud and trucking liability litigation, as well as insurance contract analysis & interpretation, malpractice litigation, appellate law and general casualty litigation. He received his J.D. from Loyola University and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble.
