Hailey Speaks on Insurance Fraud in Louisiana

New Orleans, LA – James W. Hailey III, a partner in Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles' New Orleans office, will be speaking at the Louisiana Claims Association Educational Conference and Expo in Marksville, Louisiana, on July 15, 2010. The topic of his presentation is "Aspects of Insurance Fraud in Louisiana."
Mr. Hailey has assisted his insurance and corporate clients in detecting, defeating and deterring fraud for over a decade. He has handled numerous first and third party fraud/bad faith claims, including trucking/transportation staged accidents, passenger stuffing incidents, uninsured motorist defense, suspicious slip and fall and other bodily injury claims, false builder’s risk claims, insurance coverage issues, fire cause and origin investigation, illegal practice of law by public adjusters, material misrepresentations, collusion and theft.
