Hailey Speaks on First Party Claims

New Orleans, La. – James W. Hailey III will be speaking at the Rimkus Continuing Education Seminar on May 4, 2012. His ethics-accredited CLE topic is "Good Faith Dealings in First Party Claims."
For nearly the past two decades, Mr. Hailey has assisted his insurance and corporate clients in detecting, defeating and deterring fraud. He has handled numerous first and third party fraud/bad faith claims, including trucking/transportation staged accidents, passenger stuffing incidents, uninsured motorist defense, suspicious slip and fall and other bodily injury claims, false builder’s risk claims, insurance coverage issues, fire cause and origin investigation, illegal practice of law by public adjusters, material misrepresentations, collusion and theft.
