DK&S Named to Top Ten Best Places to Work

NEW ORLEANS, LA. – New Orleans CityBusiness has named Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles #8 in their list of the Top 25 Best Places to Work in New Orleans for 2006 (Large Businesses Category). This marks the second year in a row that the firm has been named to the list.
DK&S is one of only two law firms in the city that were named to the top ten spots of the Best Places to Work this year. Compensation, benefits, and a family atmosphere characterized by fairness and concern for partners and employees were among the listed reasons for bestowing the honor.
“You want to see [employees] succeed,” said managing partner Richard B. Montgomery III. “This isn’t just a firm that crunches numbers. People care about each other here and we all see each other as valuable assets.”
“It’s a big law firm with a small firm feel to it,” echoed Sandra Pacaccio, a secretary with the firm for more than 22 years. “Everyone here is like family. The friends I have made here have carried on into my regular life.”
